Job description:

  • Execution of client orders in the high-power line.
  • Maintaining regular contact with a client in the order execution process.
  • Cooperation with the Trade Department to verify orders and contracts.
  • Regular contact with suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Coordination of domestic and international orders.
  • Drawing up technical documentation for orders.
  • Reporting/drawing up analyses concerning the handled orders.
  • Accepting and handling of complaints.

We expect:

  • Computer skills (very good familiarity with MS Excel).
  • At least secondary education.
  • Familiarity with issues related to the order execution process.
  • Familiarity with the invoicing process.
  • Knowledge of English at least on the basic level.

Contract manager

Workplace: southern Poland

Job description:

  • Managing a construction project consisting in the construction of electrical and telecommunication systems, mainly high-power systems in public utility buildings and industrial plants.
  • Supervision over the personnel and subcontractors involved in performing the contract assumptions.
  • Technical supervision, maintaining technical and financial documentation.
  • Contact with the Investor, solving ongoing issues.
  • Participation in team meetings, reporting on the activities performed.

We expect:

  • At least secondary technical education.
  • Experience on a similar position in the high-power system industry, including electrical and telecommunication systems.
  • Familiarity with budgeting and scheduling software.
  • Driving license – category B.
  • Good communication skills.

Your personal data included in the CV and the cover letter will be processed in order to conduct the recruitment process:

  • based on the consent expressed through explicit confirmation, consisting in sending an application in response to this announcement (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR) in the scope of data provided for by the Labour Code,
  • based on the consent in the scope of data beyond the scope of data provided for by the Labour Code (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR),
  • based on a separate consent in the case of inclusion in documents of data from the scope provided for in Article 9 of GDPR (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR),

Your personal data:

  • can be made available to companies providing mail service hosting and IT service for the Controller
  • will be processed for a period necessary to complete the recruitment process; planned timeframe for recruitment completion: 60 days,
  • in the case of providing consent for leaving data for the purpose of future recruitment, they will be processed for a period no longer than 9 months,
  • can be processed for a period equivalent to a prescription period for claims lodged by the Controller and claims lodged against the Controller. Unless a special provision states otherwise, the prescription period amounts to 6 years, while for claims concerning periodic benefits and claims related to conducting business activity – 3 years.

We additionally notify that your data will not be transferred to a third country or international organisations.

You have the right to withdraw your consent to data processing at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Pursuant to regulations, you have the right to request the Controller to provide access to data and to obtain a copy of the data, to rectify them, to limit the processing and to remove them. You also have the right to object to the processing and the right to transfer your data.
Moreover, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
